Notices & contact (DSA)

Cette page n'est pas encore traduite ; elle est affichée en anglais.

Information under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, the Digital Services Act (DSA). Effective from 18 October 2026.

Point of contact (Art. 11 and 12)

For Member State authorities, the Commission and users: [email protected], in Czech and English. Provider: Yumemi s.r.o., company ID 23577827, VAT CZ23577827, registered at Příčná 1892/4, Nové Město, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic.

Notices of illegal content (Art. 16)

Every item, review and comment has a Report button. Anyone can report, also without an account. Please say which content it is and why you consider it illegal or against the rules. Malware notices are handled first, usually within 2 hours; others within 48 hours. If you are signed in, we tell you how we decided.

Statement of reasons (Art. 17)

Every restriction of content or an account (a rejected version, hiding, removal, a ban) comes with reasons, sent to the author as a notification and by e-mail, and kept in the moderation log.

Appeals (Art. 20 and 21)

You can appeal a decision within 6 months by writing to [email protected]. A different moderator or the operator reviews it, not the person who decided. You can also bring the dispute to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body or a court.

Ranking and recommendations (Art. 27)

Catalogue order uses these parameters:

  • Trending: weighted activity over the last 14 days (downloads, likes, reviews, comments) with a 48-hour half-life.
  • Highest rated: a Bayesian average of ratings.
  • Most downloaded and most liked: counts in the chosen time window.
  • Latest: publication or update date.

Activity from accounts younger than 72 hours and from the creator's own team does not count. A download from the same source counts once per 30 days. You choose the order on the Browse page.

Advertising (Art. 26)

The marketplace shows its own ads (promotion for creators) and ads of partners, always labelled "Ad · <advertiser>". Paid promotion of items is labelled "Sponsored · paid by <creator>", editorial picks "Featured". Ads and promotion never change organic ranking, use no profiling and are not chosen by who is reading. We only count anonymously how often an ad was shown and clicked.
